Tamim Posted July 9, 2022 Share Posted July 9, 2022 My linxdot show the following error when I connect to wifi "Unable to scan WIFI SSID. Please contact linxdot support". It worked before but not now. How should I do? There is no reset button for this batch from what I see. How can I reset a linxdot from batch 2 without the reset button? Make sure to include your Hotspot's name and MAC address found on the label in the email. We'll be able to resolve this issue for you promptly. This error returns when your Hotspot is already connected to an existing Wi-Fi network. We'll be able to reset your Wi-Fi so you can pair again.
