Question

I desperately need explicit product input usage documentation,I don't know how the purchased device will end up, but I never got it.

The file Linxdot gave me was rejected by our national network communications censorship agency.

My order information half a year ago shows "LD-1000-915MHz", this frequency band is prohibited in our country, AS923 is a frequency band recognized by our country (whether the device uses 921-923MHz)

"Linxdot Letter (AS923)" is recognized by the country as inconsistent with the model I purchased, what model is my device?

The frequency bands used in the "Linxdot RK Specification" are outside the licensed scope.

To be clear, the frequency band is locked in Taiwan and cannot be adjusted. Are you using GPS to select the frequency band?

US915 is the model of the LoRa concentrator, and AS923 is the frequency plan provided by Helium, that is run on US915 concentrators. I have attached the product specs for the Rockchip Linxdot Hotspot, which should suffice to pass customs. We outlined that AS923 frequencies are able to run on US915 concentrators. You will need to explain to them that the frequency plan is allocated to the concentrator by asserting your Hotspot's location to Taiwan.

If you would like to know more about this, or they've requested more information, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a formal response.
