When on the App I try to find the minor it says NEEDS ATTENTION - then when i click that it saus OFFLINE

This is quite common nowadays after the Light Hotspot transition. The "needs attention" alert is only a notification that tells your your Hotspot has not contributed to PoC in a while ("offline" or "inactive" means the same).

The best thing to do here is to check if everything is connected properly, and the stats on your dashboard is good. i.e. miner height and blockchain height is on par; miner region displays the correct frequency plan.
