My miner does not witness,

My miner is making beacons and has been challenged several times and the challenger makes Hnt every time but i have never received any Hnt. The miner has never witnessed anyone but it says it is online. The lights on the miner are lit up like the manual says they should. Any suggestions.

is your problem fixed? in my area all linxdots have this problem,mine witnessing only 1 or 2 times every day, the same 3 beacons every time, i have about 70 beacons around me but only 3 of them i am witnessing!!
