Please plug an Ethernet cable in and continue using that, if you don't have Ethernet in already.

Last night around 2 o'clock the miner got stuck with the 2 3 and 8 lights on, I had to reboot it so that I could enter the dashboard. I gave factory settings to the router then I also started the miner, I didn't connect it on wifi to see if it starts on ethernet, unfortunately it doesn't want to start on ethernet in any form. Again the same error, at blockchain height "Server error" and at miner height "1" Now it is not connected to any network, only LED 2 flashes and that's it. What do you think, should it be sent to the service?

Catalin
Now i have the same error container is not running. Please , if you can't do anything remotely to make this unit work properly please tell me the address where I need to send the unit for warranty asap. I think this unit has manufacturing defects once the errors return. Thank you

What do you think, should it be sent to the service? What was the problem with the miner having LEDs 2, 3 and 8? These are normal behaviours of the Hotspot. If you have trouble understanding what they mean, I suggest you to go read through our LED guide: https://www.linxdot.com/understanding-the-led-statuses-rockchip-variant/ and FAQ: https://www.linxdot.com/faq/ . Can you also test your ethernet cable please? If ethernet connection is valid, LED 5 will turn on solid red. If it is not on when you plugged ethernet, it means there is no internet access. I would suggest you to check if your router's LAN port has any LED that indicates there is internet going through? Alternatively, plug the same ethernet cable to your computer to see if it provides internet. It would also be helpful if you can send a video/photo of your LED statuses when you have plugged in ethernet. Search on your router dashboard to see if there is an ethernet IP for the Hotspot. Or, generate a diagnostic report, use that IP to access your web dashboard and see if there is also an ETH IP displayed along with your WLAN IP. If LED 2, 3 and 8 is normal if they are on, as i said, last night it had the same LEDs on but i couldnt access the dashboard, so i checked on my router to see if it has any connection to either wifi or ethernet but i couldnt see the miner there in router's dashboard, which meant the miner was somehow stuck/blocked. I did check my ethernet cable with my PC, even bought a new one to see maybe mine had issues, but everything is ok with both and i have ethernet connection on my PC on every port my router has. However when i plug ethernet cable into the miner it doesnt show any LED, nor on router dashboard as ethernet client, i attached a pic i made recently so you can see the status Also, it happened sometimes when i plug ehernet cable, the 6th LED wont turn on, actually the 5th is going to be on but if i check, it actually isnt connected to internet If this wont help you in any way, of course i will make a whole video and show what actually happens

Catalin
now it doesn't even work to pair it so I can enter the miner to connect it on wifi. So in principle, I can no longer connect the miner to ethernet or wifi because miner have problem with bluetooth, see pictures
