It took me going through the Helium Community general chat for the Linxdot guys to sort out my problem joining their group. Mine was never able to register, but when I received new firmware, the hotspot was suddenly 'registrated' in san fransisco. But I still see no traffic. I cannot 'change' location because then there are no funds, but when I click 'add hotspot' I come so far that a trransaction tries to be made (but not magage to do so). 0 CHCHKIWI Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 Yeah, got an answer last night on their channel - they're going to be loading more funds soon apparently - I've asked what the process is once they do this, (if I need tory to reregister etc) I haven't been able to register & the location was showing aas San Francisco etc - if you look in your Helium wallet transactions you should see the error about insufficient funds (have a look at some of my posts here) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But when I try to relocate the hotspot that suddenly appeared in the app after firmware upgrade, from San Fransisco to Sweden, then I have lack of funds. 0 CHCHKIWI Posted May 26 Share Posted May 26 No - at the moment I have 1st led Green, 2 Led flashing red & maybe 6th one (internet connection) flashing red. I'm still having no luck with asserting my location but one of the Linxdot folks on Discord asked for details so I sent him screenshots of the app & my iPhone iOs version this morning. All my Linxdots that I onboarded before Solana worked first hit with no problems. Now I'm sitting on 2 expensive gadgets that don't work therefore can't be deployed and my missis wants them out of the house lol.
