not working

Downloaded the linxdot app, went through the process of trying to connect the hotspot to my wireless router and kept getting relayed....left it alone for a few days and when I went back to the linxdot app it said I needed to link my hotspot to a helium wallet.  Tried to do that but it says the hotspot is already linked to another account.  When I go to the linxdot app my hotspot does not show up and when I search for it I can see it but I have no control over it and I can't get it to link to my helium account.

I'd try 2 things, firstly try the helium app I find it better than linxdox app secondly try using ethernet connection and once connected use the diagnostic tool on the helium app to see if its connected to Wi-Fi. Good luck
