After moving location, it no longer wants to start up completely and pair with phone

When I put in the power plug and the internet cable together with the antenna. then the first light from the left lights up green (see photo)
2nd light from the left keeps flashing red and a few lights quickly flash the red light from the inernet.

I then placed the new address in the app where the linxdot is now located, but I cannot connect to bluetooth or the internet. Who can help me?

This has been going on for longer than 24 hours.

You don't really see them replying to anyone, they rarely support very rarely, almost not at all, maybe they went bankrupt!!!
