Bluetooth custom service not found, disk no data avail, wont assert and onboard

 When I try to connect to Bluetooth pairing, they ONLY time I can connect, briefly, is 2-5 seconds after bootup. BT button on back does nothing, even when varying dwell time and frequency. Led 2 (the 1st red led) Lights up only momentarily this is when i can connect via BT. cannot access the dashboard at all.

 

Please advise.
