Hotspot fried?





i got my new hotspot, had it connected to the internet for a while and I have problems adding it to the blockchain.


i use the app, I follow the guide, I confirm the transaction in helium walket and get returned to the Linxdot app, where it says “Transaction pending” 

after 1h nothing

no transaction in the helium wallet app

i repeated this now few times, no succsess


i tried to connect via the browser to the Linxdot dashbord

 I can open it and see the UI (no login required) !

when I click somewhere, the UI crashes and if I refresh, the page can not be found

(Hotspot is still online, I can ping it)

after a restart I can open the dashboard again but have same behavior that it crashes after one times opening it


any chance to manually reset or manually flash the firmware via USB or any tip?
