Question

Second Hotspot. First one registered and works as it should no problems. Second hotspot just will not register. Added hotspot through linxdot app, been on the registering hotspot page for over 48 hours. Delay in system or broken hotspot?

Any help please.

1. Please remove the Helium Hotspot app if you have that downloaded.

2. Download the the new HNT Wallet app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.helium.wallet.app&hl=en_GB&gl=US) and login there with your existing 12 words (do not create a new wallet unless if you really need to)

3. Go to the Linxdot Hotspot App - Settings - "Sign Out" and then press "Link to Helium Wallet" again.

4. Try setting your hotspot again.

This is happening because there were too many app releases and changes lately. If you've previously linked the Linxdot Hotspot App to the Helium Hotspot app (I know, what a faff..), that may result in these error 404 you're seeing. So it's best to follow the steps above and set it up the new way.

I try to follow the steps, but when I press "Link to Helium Wallet" the Linxdot Hotspot App redirect me to playstore to install  the Helium Hotspot app.
