labrok Posted September 19, 2022 Share Posted September 19, 2022 i just installed my rockchip miner but as soon it updtated Firmware Region went to US915 which is not what i ordered, i live in Europe and i ordered EU868, Dashboard is stuck to US915 , what the hell is going on ?? Don't worry, all LoRa concentrator's default region is set to US915, this does not indicate your actual frequency. To double check if your Hotspot has an EU868 concentrator, you can look for a white label sticker in the back of your Hotspot through the grills. If it has 868, it is EU, otherwise, 915 is US. If you have 915, then you should take a photo of this and send an email to us at [email protected] so we can issue you a replacement. MarcoUcc Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 Hi, i'm in doubt about mine hotspot frequency. I bought 868. Web page display 915. In the back label of the hotspot i have both 868 and 915. I tryed to follow app instruction, and located my hotspot but nothing is changed. Can someone help me? Where can i find a fast channel to comunicate with someone?
