Lorawan modem not working

Lorawan RF module seems to be not working. All the other configurations are done, inbound and outbound traffic shown Ok but the LEDs do not turn on as expected and mining not working. What should we do, Linxdot also didn't answer my e-mail.

Hi, try with stock antenna and be sure your miner have internet connection

I have first tried with stock antenna and the result was same but let me try again.

Hi, I have same issue with my linxdot hotspot. Did you sole the problem?
