Not 1 of our minerS have witnessed anything in their first 4 months!!

I cannot get the support people to respond to my emails for a few months now so perhaps i can get some help or ideas here?
We bought 5 LINXDOT HnT miners this time last year and they were eventually all delivered by end April 2022. They didn't have user manuals in them which shocked us, however we searched online and set the 1st 3 up in different cities eventually. The other 2 are in another country waiting to see if these work.

We had to navigate the port forwarding issue on one of them but eventually everything seemed to sync with helium and helium explorer, the network could see them but it grew obvious after the 1st month that they weren't witnessing other mining devices at all. Not 1. One of them is on the 12th floor in our apartment in the CBD of our capitol city and another at our beachside house and the other up on the farms. So as of today they blink pretty lights and haven't witnessed another miner in well over 100 days. 

What do we do?

Strange, can you tell me what leds are on ?

Also go to dashboard miner and see if you have allocated an ip address for wifi or ethernet.

I recomand you to connect on ethernet.

You use the stock antenna or custom ?

Also go to dashboard miner and see if you have allocated an ip address for wifi or ethernet. We set up this one in our apartment in Wifi because we don't have ethernet here. The one at home is set up on Ethernet. The Farm one is Wifi only also but we can change that latter if need.

I recomand you to connect on ethernet. At our home we have, but it was 1st installed and only ethernet.

You use the stock antenna or custom ? at the moment just factory standard, We were going to install outdoor aerials but decide not to invest more if the equipment doesn't work at all... surely one of them should work? we have another 2 units also but decide to wait to see if the 1st 3 working or not.
So far we did NOT get 1 witness in 4 months from these 3 units, none of these 3 units ever witnessed another miner ever. Is that normal for Linxdot???

The stock antenna have 3 dbi and can go lets say 20km , if dont have other miners in this area you will not have witness .

You need to get an external antenna about 5.8dbi and depends on your location and the other miners in the area, you must choose a correct height of the antenna.

it is not normal that in 4 months you do not make any witnesses, please make a picture in dashboard at miner from video

Thank you so much Catalin for your follow up, i was getting very worried for a while.

We have another 2 in melbourne Australia but not set up yet. The one in the video is called shambolic midnight mink and as you can see on explorer there are more than 50 other miners within 1km radius of us. Our apartment there is on the 12th floor and as you can see in the video it has fairly good line-of sight across the roofs of other buildings in that view. You will also notice that even the miner Wild Basil Reindeer next to us has transmit scale issues but it witnesses 30+ other miners per month and we have never witnessed 1. ever!

Of course we had every intention of getting some 5.8DBi outdoor antennas, but it's hard to spend that extra money if the miner isn't working. Latter I will send you videos of the other miners we have in operation. I do understand that  the one on the farm will need a high gain antenna but if we can get the othr 2 working we surely will do.

about Shambolic Midnight Mink miner, as i see  this one is working well make broadcast beacon but no one see you. I suppose you are so heigth over the other miners as i see in explorer.

About Genuine Grey Kitten this one it seems work weel couse the same you do broadcast beacon but in this case you need an external antenna omnidirectional or directional because the nearest miners are somewhere 50 km away.

About Cherry Violet Newt there is something fishy about it, recent activity of this miner is Asserted location 4 months ago. Are you sure this miner is connected to the internet ?    In the hexagon with you, there are 2 more miners from what I can see that work correctly and have profits but one of them has been inactive for 5 months, I don't know the reasons, but 5 months ago it seems to have worked

In conclusion, please understand that everything I said is just my opinion as a user of these devices, not a support one. I'm just a member of this forum.
I recommend to make sure that all miners are connected to the Internet, to check if the version of the miner is 2022.08.17.1_GA by accessing the miner's dashboard 192.168.xxx.xxx not App

Actually we cannot believe it either. I wish someone from Linxdot would look into it for us but our emails seem to get ignored and the only 1 time i got a reply they did not respond to my reply. That was several months ago and i sent many many requests since. 
So our Shambolic Midnight Mink miner in the apartment should be hitting at least 50 miners IMHo but we'd be happy with 5-10. As i mentioned before we were going to buy and set up 5.8DBi antennae on all of them however it seems pointless if they cannot even be seen or work as publicized.
When we started  setting up in April Cherry Violet Newt was the 1st however it had relaying issues so we found out how to fix that by setting the ports correctly. However we are not aware that this unit ever witnessed any other miner either. 

Anyhow thanks for your input, I thought you were from LINXDOT because this is a Linxdot website etc but we are almost out of options to try and get any response from them . Can you suggest any other ways? We've sent emails and used all the options on their website with only 1 response for more details then nothing. We DIDN'T receive a user manual not any documents with the product so we are only left to the internet to try and discover any help from LINXDOT.

To be quite honest, we get better support from the makers of a cheap Chinese rice cooker than Linxdot. But maybe we aren't using the right method??? It's so frustrating and time consuming.
