I've got zero witnesses

Hi,

My Linxdot antenna can broadcast beacons and can get challenged by challenger, but I haven't got any witnesses in the last two weeks since the time I installed it.

Do I need a very fast internet, like more than 30 megabytes per second? Does linxdot require fast internet connection?

What's the reason for not getting witnesses? I installed my device on the outside in a safe spot.

Hi, the reasons can be many ... location, antenna heigth , density of miners .

From my experience miner dont need a fast internet, im using 4g sim card for internet with less speed then you and all is ok.

Can you say your miner name ?

We've had the same problem for 3 months on 3 different devices in different locations 2 of them very busy locations. I don't know what to do either, we just seem to get ignored by technical support. Same story as yours but ours have never witnessed a single miner, they started mid April this year not 1 witness of 1 other miner between them!

You should send a ticket to support and wait for respond, dont send another email until you get the answer
