Refund delayed too many weeks.

I ask for cancelation and refund (due to the high delivery delay) of my order, and linxdot process that cancelation on mid May, said the refund could take about 10 business days, I wait  and ask again like a month later, and they answer that have some issues with refunds, and are delayed between 4-8 weeks, processed in batches..... but now is Aug;  2 and half moths from the cancelation,  and I still do not have my refund yet. I sent email with no answer 2 weeks ago.

Anyone can tell me if I will get my money back, or there if is necessary take some another action to expedite ?

You will never get a refund

Ordered summer sale few weeks ago wirh "shipping within 5 working days".

 

Still not shipped.

Asked for refund and got this:

Due to the nature of this product and it's special "pre-order" status, we are not able to issue refunds once the pre-order has been placed. Makers are also required to burn a certain amount of $HNT per hotspot in order for it to be onboarded to the blockchain - that is non-refundable to makers.

 

And they still sold it as stock.

 

Looks like scam to me

You have right , the Flash Sale is not with pre-order so they need to refund normally also they says in 5 working days hmm. Contact your bank explain the situation maybe  they can solve the case.

Rubbish. Not a single one has done a pre-order since weeks.  

You still sell them as stock with 5 days to ship. 

 

Their are already many people that got the same answer since weeks "sending next week .. stock in warehouse" and nothing happens. 

Everyone should contact his bank to get the money back.
