ian96 Posted August 2 Share Posted August 2 I ask for cancelation and refund (due to the high delivery delay) of my order, and linxdot process that cancelation on mid May, said the refund could take about 10 business days, I wait and ask again like a month later, and they answer that have some issues with refunds, and are delayed between 4-8 weeks, processed in batches..... but now is Aug; 2 and half moths from the cancelation, and I still do not have my refund yet. I sent email with no answer 2 weeks ago. Anyone can tell me if I will get my money back, or there if is necessary take some another action to expedite ? Thanks, Ian.
