Returned my Linxdot miner - was delivered back to Linxdot on July 5, 2022

I was in email communication with David and Erik from Linxdot and we agreed that I could return my linxdot. The package was delivered to you guys July 5, 2022. I still have not received my refund and also have not been responded to (3 separate emails). Please respond to this and let me know what the status is. My return ID # was - 5393; Original order number - #113159. 

It feels as if I am simply being ignored and I do not feel like it is fair to agree to a return and then not refund me once I have performed my end (returned the miner). I can forward the entire email conversations to someone if requested.
