It's been offline for over 10 days now. internet is normal I think it's a mechanical fault I want an exchange or refund How long are you going to spend by e-mail? WingWing Posted July 24, 2022 Share Posted July 24, 2022 Refunds are no longer accepted and if they were once a unit is setup a refund cant be made. Email [email protected] and they can take a look into your unit. Only email once and don't email again before you get a reply otherwise you'll drop to the bottom of the list.
