Hi been promised a refund all year from the company with the refund date constantly coming and going. Always the same excuse that having issues with their payment provider. Funny how they can accept money but not refund it! So has anyone actually had a recent refund and if so how long was you [email protected]? Without doubt the worst customer service from a company. Now having to contact the London office before going to small claims court!!! Thanks.
